How do I find the right size?
The most reliable option is to use our at-home ring sizing kit. Alternatively, you can have your size measured at a local jeweler or use our sizing tool.
What if the ring doesn’t fit?
Standard (non-personalized) rings can be exchanged within 2 months. Just contact us and we’ll sort it out quickly.
How long does production and delivery take?
Production typically takes 3–5 business days from order or design approval. The ring is then shipped the next business day via courier.
Can I create my own design?
Yes. We’re happy to craft a ring exactly to your vision. Simply send your design to info@holoring.eu
or use our AI configurator.
How much does a custom design cost?
A one-time design fee is added to the ring price, usually around €70. This includes full design preparation, previews, and testing before final production.

What format should I use for my design?
A high-quality, high-resolution image is sufficient. For maximum precision, we recommend a black-and-white vector format (e.g. SVG, AI) with proportions matching the ring’s circumference.
How is the ring packaged?
Each ring comes in a solid wooden box, perfect for gifting and safe storage.
Exchanges, returns & warranty
Can I return or exchange a personalized ring?
Personalized rings (custom designs or inner engravings) are made to order, so standard exchanges don’t apply. However, if anything isn’t right, we always aim to find a fair solution.
Is there a warranty?
Yes. Every ring comes with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects. If anything happens, just contact us — we’ll resolve it quickly with a replacement or repair.
Durability & materials
Will the engraving wear off?
No. The engraving is created directly in the material using laser technology. It won’t fade, scratch off, or wear down — it lasts as long as the ring itself.
Will the gold finish wear off?
We use vacuum deposition (PVD), which is significantly more durable than standard plating. The surface retains its color and shine over time.
How do I care for a tungsten ring?
Tungsten is extremely hard and requires no special care. If needed, simply clean it with water, soap, or a common solvent (e.g. ethanol).
Avoid strong impacts on hard surfaces (tile, metal).
Is tungsten safe?
Yes. Tungsten rings are designed to be safely removable in emergency situations.
Unlike steel or titanium, tungsten doesn’t deform under extreme localized pressure — it fractures in a controlled way. This allows the ring to be removed even in cases where other metals would need to be cut off.
Emergency responders use specialized pliers to apply pressure and break the ring. A similar effect can be achieved without special tools by placing the ring on a solid metal surface and tapping it carefully with a hammer. With a bit of patience, the ring will typically fracture after several controlled strikes.
This is also why we recommend avoiding strong impacts on hard surfaces.
Holography & design
What are holographic nanostructures?
They are ultra-fine structures created by laser with precision down to thousandths of a millimeter.
They contain no pigments or additional materials — they work purely with light, which they diffract and reflect to create a unique holographic effect.
When are holographic effects visible?
They are most striking under direct light (sunlight or focused lighting), where the structures “come alive.”
In everyday lighting, the ring remains elegant and subtle — in direct light, bold and eye-catching.
How long does holographic engraving last?
As long as the ring itself. The structure is embedded directly into the material, so it won’t wear off or disappear.
How durable are the nanostructures?
They are part of the ring’s surface and cannot be removed without damaging the material. Thanks to tungsten’s hardness, they remain intact even with daily wear.

Can you engrave my own jewelry?
No. We only engrave our own rings to ensure the highest quality.
Do you engrave gold or platinum?
No. We specialize exclusively in tungsten rings.
