How long does custom production take?

Once the design is finalized, production typically takes 3–5 days. If you have a fixed deadline (e.g., a wedding), let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate it.
What is the investment for a custom design?

The price is usually similar to comparable rings on our website. For custom designs, there is an additional one-time design preparation fee, typically around 75 €. This covers the entire process—from consultation and design, through preview preparation and pattern testing, to final production. We’ll be happy to provide a precise quote based on your specific request.
Can I choose the ring color?

Yes. The base material is tungsten, which can be finished in yellow, rose, or white gold tones. The engraving color depends on the selected technology—classic (black or light gray) or holographic.
