We ship our jewelry worldwide from the Czech Republic.

Couriers

We use trusted courier services such as DHL Express, FedEx, PPL, and DPD to deliver our products safely and reliably.

Processing and Delivery Time

Most orders are made or prepared within approximately 5 business days.

Items that are already in stock are usually dispatched within 1 business day after the order is ready.

The final delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected courier service.

If you need your jewelry by a specific date, please mention this in the note section at checkout. We will do our best to accommodate your request and contact you if needed.

Shipping Cost

Czech Republic: Shipping is free.

International orders: Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Full payment is required in advance for all international orders.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees

Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import VAT, customs duties, and carrier customs clearance or handling fees.

These charges are determined by the destination country’s customs authorities and/or the courier. They are not included in our product prices or shipping fees unless explicitly stated at checkout.

For deliveries outside the EU, including the United Kingdom, these additional charges may be requested by the courier before delivery.

HoloRing does not set, collect, or control these charges. They are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs charges may depend on the destination country, product classification, declared value, and the courier’s customs clearance process.

Custom-made jewelry and special orders may require additional production time depending on the complexity of the design.

Most custom orders are completed and shipped within approximately 5 business days, unless otherwise agreed.
