Terms and Conditions for the HoloRing Fingerprint Ring Contest

I. Contest Organization

This document contains the complete binding rules for the "HoloRing Fingerprint Ring Contest," hereinafter referred to as "Giveaway." The contest is organized by HoloRing s.r.o., located at Školská 689/20, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1, Czech Republic, ID No.: 21085161, registered in the Commercial Register at the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. C 396638, which also operates and owns the e-shop and website www.holoring.eu.

II. Contest Rules

The organizer announces the "Giveaway" contest, which will take place on the HoloRing Instagram profile. The contest will run from the date of announcement until Sunday, July 7, 2024, at 22:00 CET when the winner is declared in the Instagram story. Contestants must be at least 18 years old on the day the contest begins. Employees of the organizer, their family members, and other persons directly connected with the organization of the contest are not eligible to participate.

To participate in the contest, participants must follow the HoloRing Instagram profile, like the contest post, register for the contest using the form linked in the bio, and tag two friends (moms or dads) in the comments. Winners will be selected through a random drawing from all valid entries.

III. Prize

The prize includes a custom fingerprint ring, crafted with the winner's child's fingerprint, offered on www.holoring.eu. The winner must provide a valid email address and respond within 14 days to claim the prize. The prize is personal and non-transferable. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other product.

In case of damage to the product or incorrect size, the ring can be exchanged in accordance with the standard returns policy.

IV. Additional Provisions

The organizer reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel the contest at any time without giving reasons. All changes will be communicated in the comments section of the Instagram post or through Instagram stories. Ignorance of the rules does not excuse non-compliance and does not create any right to compensation.

The contest is not a gambling game. All questions related to personal data protection are governed by the privacy policies available at www.holoring.eu.

The organizer reserves the right to make the final decision on the fulfillment of the contest conditions and the potential disqualification of a participant.
