The only thing to avoid are strong impacts against hard surfaces—while rare in daily use, a heavy strike can damage the ring. In fact, that’s how tungsten rings are intentionally broken in emergencies (e.g., with a hammer on a metal base).

So treat it with basic care, and it will easily handle the rest.
