Personal Data Handling in Case of a Purchase

If you complete a purchase with us, we manage the information you provide. This primarily includes billing details: name, surname, address, and contact information like home address (or delivery address), phone number, email address.

Purpose? We need to process personal data to execute our contract – to deliver our products to you. Through contact details, we also communicate with you about your order status, as well as any claims or questions you might have.

We also process personal data to comply with legal obligations (mainly for accounting, tax purposes, or handling claims).

Legal Basis for Personal Data Processing? This processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR – contract fulfillment and Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR – fulfilling a legal obligation.

Duration of Personal Data Processing? As long as necessary to fulfill the contract and legal obligations, or to protect our legal interests.

Newsletters (Commercial Communications)

If you're a customer and haven't opted out, we'll use your email address to send newsletters.

Legal Basis? Permitted under § 7 paragraph 3 of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., concerning certain information society services in the Czech Republic, provided you haven't declined this during the purchase. Furthermore, we comply with GDPR principles and local laws in our operational regions, respecting our customers' rights and preferences worldwide.

Duration of Personal Data Processing? Personal data provided during goods ordering or registration is used only as long as necessary for contract fulfillment, legal obligations, or protecting our legal interests.
